About IHL-MUSEUM

Hosted as a static intranet website on a Windows Vista VM with IIS 7.
Designed for blue-glass retro-futurist nostalgia with practical archive usability.
Large galleries remain lightweight by using thumbnails and loading full media only when opened.

Implementation Notes

This HTML file is intentionally self-contained, so it can be dropped into the site root and tested quickly.
It expects the inventory file at data/inventory.merged.json.
Repeated album names are groupable using groupKey.
Normal albums, top-level buckets and special collections are handled through the type field.
Video poster generation is optional; this version uses the collection card as the entry point.
